On Saturday 25th February 2012, some of the FriendCaller users complained about an increase in price for calls made to the US.

Soon after the complain, our team checked with our operators and determined that because of a small glitch in the system, a few FriendCaller users might have been overcharged. Such users are requested to please drop us an email at support@c2call.com to get their extra charged credits reimbursed. Please note that this only occurred to a few number of users who called to US destinations over the weekend.

Nevertheless, the problem was fixed and once again FriendCaller stands firm on the promise to deliver the cheapest calling rates across the world.
